Who defines 'decency'here ....i'd really like to noe.....i think that the society is too much obsessed with the physical appearance of a person.....its the act of a person which makes him decent or indecent ....not his/her clothes....but u cant actually blame pple for that.....its the way the childhood influences interact and the combined effect they have on a small child which actually makes him into what he is....of course u cant actually pin point that this influence will have this effect because there is something known as individual differences also.....no one can dictate that this is right and this is wrong....its high time we stop being judgmental...
